He said staff had conducted extensive outreach. He said the project complies with City requirements and the applicant is available and present for questions. There were no Council questions at this time. The applicant/developer, J.R. Rodine, said he is representing the owners of the property at 1250 Edgewood Road and a few others. He noted that the Planning Commission had reviewed this item and voted unanimously to approve the recommendation. He spoke in support of the recommendations from the Planning Commission.
