Schedule "A" Agreement <br /> Schedule "A" is the preventative maintenance agreement which addresses parts & labor to <br /> perform a 21 point inspection on your 14 Flygt STORM pumpthnixers located thru out the <br /> Redwood City, Redwood Shores District. Parts include 0-ring kits, wear rings, impellers, volutes <br /> and other minor parts that may need to be replaced during our inspection. ITT Water & <br /> Wastewater Flygt U.S.A. estimates the job will require. 2 Flygt technician(s), over the course of 4 <br /> day(s), to complete the entire 21 point inspection. The fee for the schedule "A" agreement is <br /> SI5.124.10 which will be invoiced to the customer after the completion of our inspection. <br /> 2. Schedule "S" Agreement <br /> Schedule "B" is for .any additional shop pump repairs, overhauls, or replacement of pumps which <br /> are not included with the schedule "A" agreement. ITT Water & Wastewater Flygt U.S.A. will not <br /> repair or replace any of the customer's equipment without written authorization from the customer. <br /> If such repairs or replacement pumps are requested by the City of Redwood City, ITT Water & <br /> Wastewater Flygt U.S.A. may require a separate purchase order from the customer to proceed. <br /> Please see separate schedule "B" addendum for price estimates & product availability.
