Once
the final task list - and along with it the overall approach to the problem - is approved by the City, the most basic
purpose of this task list is to provide both a preview of the likely type and order of work to be performed as well as a
contractual basis for a certain number of meetings, drawings, workshops and tasks to be delivered for the
corresponding project budget.
PHASE I: UNDERSTANDING THE EXISTING DOWNTOWN - DEFINING OPPORTUN MS AND
CONSTRAINTS
Purpose of this Phase: In this phase, the consultant team will develop an understanding of the existing conditions in
the Downtown, and the farces of development and change that it faces today.
