EXHIBIT A <br />TO CONSTRUCTION AND REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />DOWNTOWN PUBLIC PARKING FACILITY <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Developer shall perform the following Services in--accordance with the <br />Construction and Reimbursement Agreement for the Downtow!9%7 blic Parking Facility. <br />1. Approval of Construction Documents. <br />A. All design documents and con;&ufon con Tgels shall be submitted <br />to the City and Agency for review and approvA@F accordance the Schedule of <br />Performance attached as Attachment 4 to the_flD_b& and shall be in acc& dance with the <br />City's revised specifications entitled " Engineerng Standards of the Cfij& Redwood <br />City," adopted January 5, 1998 which standards are on.�n the office of tie Manager, <br />Engineering and Construction Department. T arking Facility shall also be <br />constructed in strict compliance with the provisif Article VII, Chapter 29 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood C confliE between the construction <br />documents and said Chapter 29 in fear standa� for a particular improvement, <br />the stricter standard shall govern. Developer shall provide City and Agency with copies of any and all <br />bids promptly upon written request. <br />B. As provided in Attachment 8 of the DDA, the Parking Facility Cost <br />will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible bids received. If Developer, City <br />and Agency wish to accept a bid other than the lowest responsive, responsible bid for <br />
