Upon receipt of bids for the construction of the Public Parking <br />Facility, the total value of the lowest responsive, responsible bids will be compar d with <br />the Not -to- Exceed Parking Facility Cost. If the total of these bids causes the Pa. <br />Facility Cost to exceeds the amount set forth in Paragraph 3(A) of the Agreement, <br />Developer shall immediately notify the City and Agency. G enera q uirem6Q %_ _ — <br />i) -Developer shall establish and implement appropriate administrative <br />and finan6a_Lcontrols foiEthe design =and construction of the Public Parking <br />Facility. <br />ii}= Developer shall coordinate and administer performance of the <br />architect, the�enefat= and other Contractors, professionals and <br />Consultants employed�_y Developer in connection with the design or <br />construction of the Perking Facility. <br />iii) Developer shall provide and maintain a management team on the <br />Project site to prnvlde contract administration and shall establish and implement <br />coordinatidn_and�ommunication procedures. Developer shall be the party to <br />whom requestofor information, submittals, Contractor requests for schedule <br />adjustments, substitutes, change order requests and payment applications shall <br />be submitted. <br />iv) Developer shall not commence construction of the Work on the <br />Project Site until advised by City and Agency in writing that it may do so. <br />v) Developer shall establish and implement procedures for expediting <br />and processing requests for information, shop drawings, material and equipment <br />sample submittals, contract schedule adjustments, change orders, substitutes <br />
