Completion of the Project. <br />i) Developer, in consultation with the City and Agency and design <br />Consultants, shall determine when the Public Parking Facility is substantially <br />complete and shall, prior to issuing a Certificate of Substantial Completion, <br />prepare a list of incomplete work which does not conform to the Contract <br />Documents. This list shall be attached to the Certificate of Substantial <br />Completion. The re documents shall include a complete, accurate set of <br />drawings for the 1` Parking Facility, the relocated utilities, and any other <br />portions =of the Pyiiiect for which City and Agency may have maintenance or <br />operations = responsibility showing the actual location of all facilities and <br />i m provements:asinstalled. <br />vi) Developer shall obtain an Occupancy Permit for the Public Parking <br />Facility and perform the following Services in connection with issuance of that <br />permit: accompany governmental officials during inspections of the Project, <br />prepare and submit documentation to governmental agencies, coordinate final <br />testing and other activities. <br />
