Alternatives. <br />Not accept the project and defer acceptance until any known deficiency is corrected by <br />the Contractor. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />This project is being funded by a federal RTSOP grant for $292,000 (88.5 %). RTSOP <br />grants require local matching funds for the remaining 11.5 %, and the City secured a <br />state TSM grant in the amount of $26,559 for this matching fund. The two grants total <br />$318,559. <br />The total project cost (design, administration, and construction) is $320,507, which <br />exceeds the combined two grants by $1,948.
