regional notification center (e.g., Underground Service Alert - Northern Califomia), <br />and shall otherwise comply with the provisions of the referenced chapter, division, <br />and title. BFC shall furnish written proof of such membership to the City Engineer <br />within thirty (30) days of obtaining such membership. Repeal of any law requiring <br />such membership shall not negate BFC's obligation to maintain such <br />membership, unless such repeal disbands or eliminates the notification center, <br />and shall not negate any notice requirement to City. <br /> <br /> (c) BFC agrees to cooperate in the planning, locating and constructing <br />of its Fiber Optic Network Facilities in utility joint trenches or common duct banks <br />with other similar utilities and to participate in cost-sharing for the joint trench and <br />ducts, when such joint utility installations are being planned for or such <br />opportunities exist in any area; provided that such activities do not impair or <br />disrupt Telecommunications Services of BFC. <br /> <br /> 13. Records and Field Locations. BFC shall maintain accurate maps <br />and improvement plans of said Fiber Optic Network Facilities located within the <br />City of Redwood City. The maps and plans are to accurately show in detail the <br />location, size, depth and description of all facilities as constructed.
