BFC and/or its contractors shall obtain all permits, and other forms <br />or documentation which are required and forward them to the City Administrator <br />with the required evidence of insurance. <br /> <br /> All policies will be issued by insurers acceptable to ;[he City. Upon <br />evidence of financial capacity satisfactory to City, BFC's obligation hereunder <br />may be satisfied in whole or in part by adequately funded self-insurance. <br /> <br /> (b) Any insurance provider of BFC shall be admitted and authorized to do <br />business in California and shall be rated at least. A:X in A. M. Best and <br />Company's Insurance Guide.
