We will then evaluate options for reducing the City of Redwood City's water system's risk <br />to the Design Basis Threat and develop a list of improvements needed to reduce this risk. All <br />improvements will be evaluated based on both capital and life <br />cycle costs. A prioritized list of recommended improvements will <br />be developed and discussed with the City of Redwood City prior <br />to final recommendation. · Deliverables: None <br /> <br />Subtasks: <br />7.1 Risk Analyses and Risk Management <br /> 7.1.1 Quantify Existing System Risk Using Risk Equation <br /> 7.1.2 Develop Options for Reducing System Risk <br /> 7.1.3 Evaluate Options for Reducing System Risk Based on Capital and Life-Cycle Costs <br /> 7.1.4 Develop a Prioritized List of Recommend Improvements to Reduce System Risk <br /> 7.1.5 Develop an Implementation Plan for the Prioritized Recommended Improvements <br /> <br />Task 8 Final Vulnerability Report <br />Task Objective: Documentation of the seven previous tasks will be described in the Draft <br />Vulnerability Assessment Report. This Draft Report will outline each task in detail and document <br />all assumptions and decisions used for the risk assessment. The Draft Report will be submitted to <br />the City of Redwood City for review. A half-day review meeting will be held with the CDM Team <br />and the City of Redwood City.
