8.4 Certification to EPA that the City has fulfilled a Vulnerability Assessment and has met all <br /> EPA requirements <br />Schedule <br />CDM is available to begin work on this project immediately upon receipt of a written notice-to- <br />proceed from the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />The project will be completed within t~8 days from the notice to proceed.
