· If the project has multiple sources of funds then a sub-ledger must be kept to <br /> identify the source of funds with the expenditures. <br /> <br />· Section 6 of the AB 434 Agreement requires written approval by all parties <br /> including BAAQMD regarding any changes to or substitutions of an approved <br /> project. Please contact C/CAG if you foresee any changes so that the <br /> appropriate steps to ensure C/CAG funds your project can be taken. <br /> <br />· Incomplete project implementation or financial accountability may result in <br /> BAAQMD requesting return of all or part of the funds. In Section 3 of the AB <br /> 434 Agreement, it states that in this case C/CAG will request funds from the <br /> responsible agency. <br /> <br />C/CAG will continue to work closely and cooperatively with you to implement the project to <br />help improve the air quality of the Bay Area.
