received under this Agreement. <br /> <br /> · To record on a time sheet those hourly labor costs incurred in the <br /> implementation of the Project which are paid for from funds <br /> received under this Agreemem or to use an alternative method, <br /> approved in advance by C/CAG and BAAQMD to document staff <br /> costs charged to the funded project. <br /> <br /> · Unless authorized by C/CAG, if no stares reports and/or <br /> reimbursement requests are not received on the project within one <br /> (1) year the project will be considered for cancellation and the funds <br /> reprogrammed to an eligible project. <br /> <br /> 5. This Agreement represents the entire Agreemem between the parties with respect <br /> <br />to the subject matter hereof. <br /> <br /> 6. This Agreement may not be mended or rescinded except in writing, signed by all <br />of the parties hereto. Any attempt at oral modification shall be void and of no effect. <br /> <br /> 7. This Agreemem may not be assigned without the written consent of all parties. <br /> 8. The term of this Agreement shall be from the date fa'st written above to August 14, <br />1999. <br /> <br /> 9. Project sponsors will have to sign a Funding Agreement within sixty (60) days after <br /> it has been transmitted to them by C/CAG in order to remain eh'gible for the granted TFCA funds. <br /> C/CAG may grant a one-time extension of thirty O0) days to the applicant for just cause. <br /> <br /> <br />
