maintaining records for EMT-P personnel according to the <br />specifications of the County including but not limited to <br />certification/accreditation/employment status, continuing <br />education records, and performance in accordance to quality <br />assurance standards. These records will be available to the <br />County upon request. <br /> <br />II. OTHER PROVISIONS. <br /> <br /> The Parties hereto agree: <br /> <br /> A. Right of Inspection: <br /> <br /> County or any of its duly authorized employees or agents <br />shall have the right to make inspections or investigations for <br />the purpose of determining whether Contractor is complying with <br />the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Contractor shall <br />make available to the County, its records with respect to all <br />matters covered by the Agreement. <br /> <br /> B. Reporting of Deficiencies: <br /> <br /> In the event that Contractor is found to be in substantial <br />violation of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, <br />County's Director of Health Services or her/his authorized <br />representative shall notify Contractor of such deficiency in <br />writing. Such violations shall include but are not limited to <br />deficiencies in paramedic personnel's <br />qualifications/certifications/accreditation, required training, <br />vehicles, equipment, supplies, quality assurance program, and <br />actions which are not in the best interests of efficient and <br />effective patient care. <br /> <br /> 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
