71_0.00 98 D022. <br /> <br /> E. County shall further present to the City an invoice for administrative services rendered in the <br /> processing and auditing of the indMdual project. Said sum shall not exceed 15% of the amount of <br /> the approved loan or loans. <br /> <br /> F. For those loans which are not approved by the City, the County is entitled to an <br /> administrative services cost in an amount not to exceed 10% of those loans not approved by City. <br /> <br /> G. All loan preparation, execution of documents, packaging, processing, and recording of <br /> documents are to be done by the County. <br /> <br /> H. All processing of approved Payment Authorizations shall be the responsibility of the City. <br /> <br /> I. Ihe setting up of Loan Collections and related duties shall be the responsibility of the City. <br /> <br /> 3.' Required Loan Documents for the Mobile Home Rehabilitation Loan Program <br /> <br /> County agrees to prepare and provide the following documents for each approved Loan: <br /> a. Promissory Note and Troth in Lending <br /> b. Mobile Home Rehabilitation Loan Program Security Agreement <br /> c. Right to Cancel Notification <br />d. Notice of compliance with Regulation "B" of the Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act and <br />Regulation "Z" of the Federal Troth-in-Lending Act. <br />e. State of California Fair Lending Notice <br />£ Verification of income, benefits, pensions or other income verification. <br />g. Verification of title <br />h. Verification of mortgage if applicable <br />i. Contract and Rehabilitation Work Specifications <br /> <br /> 4. Technical Services <br /> <br />The County agrees to provide technical services as follows: <br />a. Do initial survey of client property in order to ascertain that unit meets program guidelines and <br />to ascertain what repairs are necessa~j. <br />b. Provide owner with Rehabilitation Work Specifications covering the repair work found during <br />the survey. <br />c. Assist owner in finding a licensed Contractor to provide a bid on the Rehabilitation Work <br />Specifications <br />d. Verify State licensing of contractor selected by owner. <br />e. Organize and.conduct pre-construction conference <br />f. Audit compliance with the Rehabilitation Work Specifications. <br />g. Prepare and authenticate the Payment Authorizations to the Contractor and/or other authorized <br />payees from the Construction escrow accounts maintained by the City and/or the City's authorized <br />construction escrow company. <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
