?10.00 98 D022 <br /> <br /> CITY <br /> <br /> For the first year of this Agreement, City will provide lending assistance for those clients <br /> already identified as qualified under the County's Mobile Home Rehabilitation Loan <br /> Program. In subsequent years applicants will be found and processed through mutual <br /> marketing and outreach efforts <br /> Submit the Loan Profile supplied by the County to the Rehabilitation Loan Committee for <br /> approval. <br /> Complete Attachment A "N'EPA Review Clearance". <br />· Fund the presented loan [s] within seventy two [72] hours of the Rehabilitation Loan <br /> Committee approval. <br />· Pay the approved Contractor and/or other authorized payee upon receipt of an County <br /> approved Payment Authorization. All said payments to be made within seventy two [72] <br /> hours of the receipt of said Payment Authorization. <br /> SCl; up approved loans for collection with the City's collection agent <br />· Forward to the County the administrative delivery costs for each Loan Application Package, <br /> in the amounts specified herein. <br />· In the following years of the Agreement, provide staff support in disseminating Mobile <br /> Home Rehabilitation Loan Program information to City residents in recognized Mobile <br /> Home Parks. <br />· Provide County with meeting and working space in order to facilitate coordination between <br /> property owner, contractor, County and related personnel. <br />· Provide the use of a telephone for local calls. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4 SOURCE OF FUNDS <br /> <br /> A. CITY CDBG FUNDS <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City, through its CDBO Program, has elected to provide funds to be used for <br />the Emergency Mobile Home Loan Program, within the jurisdiction of the City. These funds, set <br />aside by the City, will be lent to eligible mobile home owners who are residents of the City, and <br />who have applied and been accepted as qualified applicants for the Emergency Mobile Home Loan <br />Program. <br /> <br />The City may elect to continue to fund the program with funds from its revolving program income <br />in an amount to be determined by the Housing Rehabilitation Loan Committee. <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
