" " - 0RIGI AL <br /> AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br /> REDWOOD SHORES FIRE STATION AND MAINTENANCE FACILITY <br /> <br /> THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and entered into this I c~ <br /> day of ~-~c4~ . 1997, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City") and DES <br /> <br /> ARCHITECTS + ENGINEERING of Redwood City, California ("Architect"); <br /> <br /> WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 26, 1996, City and Architect entered into an <br /> agreement (form dated 8/22/96R) for professional architectural services to be <br /> rendered by Architect in connection with the design of a fire station and <br /> maintenance facility (the "Agreement"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City and Architect desire to amend the Agreement to reflect <br /> changes in the design location of the Fire Station and the Maintenance Facility <br /> and add certain tasks to the Scope of Work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the changes are reflected in this Amendment to Agreement <br /> and exhibits attached hereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Paragraph 1 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "1. Architect's Services. Architect shall perform <br /> engineering, design, and related services as described in Exhibit 'A' <br /> hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein." <br /> <br /> <br />
