EXHIBIT "A" - REVISED <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> REDWOOD SHORES FIRE STATION <br /> AND MAINTENANCE FACILITY <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" Revised, represents modifications to Part One, Phases 2, 3 4, and the new Part Two, <br />Phases 5, 6, and 7 as defined within the original Agreement of August 26, 1996. All <br />modifications of the original exhibits are identified with italicized test. <br /> <br />PART ONE - PHASES 2, 3, 4 Revised 1/2/97 <br /> <br />A. The Scope of Services will consist of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, fire <br /> protection, electrical, fuel, acoustical, geotechnical engineering, landscape architecture, <br /> energy analysis, cost opinionating and construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) <br /> selection consultant. <br /> <br />B. Our scope of service does not include traffic engineering nor specialty electrical <br /> engineering such as, but not limited to, computer system design, audio visual system <br /> design, telephone and communication system design, model building nor renderings. We <br /> will, as part of our basic services, include one digital design site/building perspective of <br /> the project. <br /> <br />C. The Fire Station Project site is approximately two acres within an existing residential <br /> neighborhood. The principal site is referenced as Recorder's File //85072031, Lot C, <br /> 1.282 AC+ in the City of Redwood City, San Mateo County and includes portions of Lot <br /> B, Recorder's File #85072034. The approximate boundaries of the study area are <br /> Redwood Shores Parkway to the north, property line of Lot B and residential properties <br /> to the west, a line bisecting the existing water tank at its center approximately parallel to <br /> Redwood Shore Parkway to the south and the property line of Lots B & C adjacent to the <br /> Bay Water access right-of-way to the east. <br /> <br /> C. 1 Based upon Redwood City City Council action of October 28, 1996, the Maintenance <br /> Facility as defined within the Redwood Shores Fire Station and Maintenance Facility <br /> Conceptual Program dated July 25, 1996, has been located on the site of the South <br /> Bayside System Authority (SBSA), 1400 Radio Road, Redwood City, CA. Specifically, the <br /> facility will be located on an approximate one acre site within the northeast portion of <br /> the SBSA plant.
