I. Meet with the Redwood City Project Team (City Staffand CM/GC StafJ) two <br /> times to review all documents in detail. The first will occur at the 50% <br /> completion point, with the second occurring at the 95% completion point, as <br /> referenced within the revised Exhibit C Project Schedule. <br /> <br /> J. As part of the on going Redwood Shores Owner's Association approval process <br /> we will submit three complete sets of construction documents to the Secretary of <br /> the NCC. All other coordination with the Redwood Shores Owner's Association <br /> will be by the Owner. <br /> <br />Phase VI Bidding <br /> <br /> A. Assist the CM/GC in answering any bidding subcontractor questions relating to <br /> bid documents and issue addenda as necessary. <br /> <br /> B. The Architect shall attend a pre-bid conference for all bidding subcontractors.. <br /> <br /> C. Meet with the Redwood City Project Team one (1) time during this phase of the <br /> project. <br /> <br />Phase VII Construction Support/Contract Administrative Services <br /> <br /> A. The Architect's responsibility to provide Basic Services for the Construction <br /> Phase under this Agreement commences with the award of the Contract for <br /> Construction and terminates at the earlier of the issuance to the Owner of the final <br /> Certificate for Payment by the CM/GC or 60 days after the date of Substantial <br /> Completion of the Work as referenced in Subsections O, T & U.. <br /> <br /> B. The Architect shall provide assistance to the Owner in administration of the <br /> Contract for Construction as set forth below and in the General Conditions of the <br /> Contract for Construction. <br /> <br /> C. Duties, responsibilities and limitations of authority of the Architect shall not be <br /> restricted, modified or extended without written agreement of the Owner and <br /> Architect. <br /> <br /> D.
