I. Meet with the Redwood City Project Team (City Staffand CM/GC StafJ) two times to review all documents in detail. The first will occur at the 50% completion point, with the second occurring at the 95% completion point, as referenced within the revised Exhibit C Project Schedule. J. As part of the on going Redwood Shores Owner's Association approval process we will submit three complete sets of construction documents to the Secretary of the NCC. All other coordination with the Redwood Shores Owner's Association will be by the Owner. Phase VI Bidding A. Assist the CM/GC in answering any bidding subcontractor questions relating to bid documents and issue addenda as necessary. B. The Architect shall attend a pre-bid conference for all bidding subcontractors.. C. Meet with the Redwood City Project Team one (1) time during this phase of the project. Phase VII Construction Support/Contract Administrative Services A. The Architect's responsibility to provide Basic Services for the Construction Phase under this Agreement commences with the award of the Contract for Construction and terminates at the earlier of the issuance to the Owner of the final Certificate for Payment by the CM/GC or 60 days after the date of Substantial Completion of the Work as referenced in Subsections O, T & U.. B. The Architect shall provide assistance to the Owner in administration of the Contract for Construction as set forth below and in the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction. C. Duties, responsibilities and limitations of authority of the Architect shall not be restricted, modified or extended without written agreement of the Owner and Architect. D.
