In particular, Mr. Du wanted us to <br /> consider reducing the per-test charge for use of our nuclear gauge on the proposed <br /> compaction testing. In addition, Mr. Du provided more details that allowed us to <br /> develop cost estimates for specific lab testing, and field observations and testing. <br /> <br /> PROPOSAL <br /> <br /> Laboratory Testinq <br /> <br /> Perform laboratory material acceptance standard tests based upon American <br /> Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and Caltrans (Calif.) test methods.
