LEWIS, "Contract Employee." <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires certain personal services due to increased workloads; and <br />WHEREAS, Contract Employee represents that he/she is qualified to furnish such <br />services in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth; NOW <br />THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual terms, covenants, and conditions contained <br />herein, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />Contract Appointment <br /> <br /> Contract Employee is hereby appointed to the position of Contract Construction <br />Manager for City and as such shall perform the duties and services more particularly scribed in <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
