DES:dj~- 03/10/97 (013/72) <br /> DES:d~_ 03/12/97R <br /> <br />(including the dedication of easements contained therein) for the <br />subdivision, and in accordance with the conditions of approval of <br />the tentative map for the subdivision, the parties hereto agree <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. IMPROVEMENTS. Owner shall, at Owner's own cost and <br />expense, construct all of the improvements ("Improvements"), <br />furnish all the materials, and do all the work hereinafter <br />described, in accordance with, and as provided for in the plans <br />prepared for Owner by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br />entitled, "Improvement Plans - Gossamer Hollow", and in <br />accordance with and as provided for, in those certain <br />specifications entitled, "Supplemental Specifications for <br />Civil/Landscape/ Irrigation Improvements", as well as City's <br />specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood <br />City", adopted December 16, 1991, which plans and specification <br />are on file in the office of the City Engineer. Said <br />Improvements shall also be constructed in strict compliance with <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City, the subdivision regulations of said City. To the extent <br />that a conflict exists between the plans and specifications and <br />said Chapter 30 in regard to the standard for a particular <br />improvement, the stricter standard shall govern. Owner shall <br />complete all of the Improvements, subject to time extensions <br />allowable under paragraph 11, on or before March 17, 1999. The <br />Improvements shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, <br />all of the following: <br /> <br /> (a) grading, paving <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
