DES:dj'- 03/10/97 (013/72) <br /> DES:d~_ 03/12/97R <br /> <br /> (b) curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways <br /> <br /> (c) sanitary sewer system, complete <br /> <br /> (d) water system, complete <br /> <br /> (e) storm drainage system, complete <br /> <br /> (f) street lighting system, complete <br /> <br /> (g) street monuments, street trees <br /> <br /> (h) street barricades and redwood headerboards <br /> <br /> (i) soundwalls <br /> <br /> ( j ) landscaping and irrigation system complete, <br /> including common areas, parkways between back of <br /> curb and property line <br /> <br /> (k) joint utility trenching <br /> <br /> (1) all improvements described as conditions of <br /> Planned Development Permit No. 10309-6, heretofore <br /> issued for said subdivision, <br /> <br />and all other work, improvements, or construction required by or <br />mentioned in the abovementioned plans and specifications, <br />conditions of permits and all construction, appurtenances and <br />improvements necessary as reasonably determined by the City <br />Engineer to complete the aforementioned improvements, both within <br />and outside of the abovementioned subdivision. <br /> <br /> 2. SECURITY. Owner shall, before the release of said <br />final map by City for recordation, furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a bond or deposit securing the faithful <br />performance by Owner of all work and the construction of the <br />Improvements mentioned in this agreement within the time herein <br />specified. The amount of said security shall be Two Million <br />Five Hundred Sixty-five Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br />($2,565,000.00).
