specifications, reference is hereby made and the same are hereby incorporated <br />herein. Said improvements shall also be in strict compliance with the latest <br />Redwood City "Engineering Standards." To the extent that a conflict exists <br />between the plans and specifications and the aforementioned Engineering <br />Standards in regard to the standard for a particular improvement, the stricter <br />standard shall govern. Subdivider shall complete all of the improvements on or <br />before October 20, 1998. Said work shall include, but not necessarily be limited <br />to, work, improvements, or construction required by or mentioned in the above <br />mentioned plans and specifications as determined by the City Engineer to <br />complete the aforementioned improvements. <br /> <br /> 2. Subdivider shall, prior to the commencement of any work or the <br />issuance of any building permits hereunder, furnish to City and file with the City <br />Clerk: a bond, deposit, or instrument of credit of the kind described in Section <br />66499, et seq., of the Government Code, securing the faithful performance of <br />Subdivider of all work and the construction of all improvements mentioned in this <br />agreement within the time herein specified and the improvements necessary to <br />return the land, improved by Subdivider pursuant to this Agreement, to its <br />original condition (the "Restoration Work") in the event that a final map on the <br />Gossamer Village Unit No. 1 Subdivision is not recorded by January 31, 1998, <br />with the County Assessor's Office of the County of San Mateo.
