· .. .. ~ SWC:sh 12/14/84 <br /> <br /> Project No. 2 which Amendment was accompanied by the report <br /> required by Health and Safety Code ~33352 including a description <br /> of the property to be added to the Gateway Sub-Area, the purpose <br /> for the proposed Amendment, and a discussion of the possible <br /> impacts of the Amendment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency and the Council held a joint public <br /> hearing on December 17, 1984 to consider adoption of Amendment <br /> No. 1 to the Redevelopment Project No. 2 in the Gateway Sub-Area; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Notice of said hearing was duly and regularly <br /> published in the Redwood City Almanac, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the City of Redwood City, once a week for three <br /> successive weeks prior to the date of said hearing, and a copy of <br /> said Notice and Affidavit of Publication are on file with the <br /> City Clerk and the Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, copies of the Notice of Public Hearing were mailed <br /> by certified mail with return receipt requested to the last known <br /> address of each assessee of each parcel of land in the Gateway <br /> Sub-Area and in the area proposed to be added to the Gateway <br /> Sub-Area, as shown on the last equalized assessment role of the <br /> County of San Mateo, and also to the governing body of each of <br /> the taxing agencies which levys taxes upon any property in the <br /> Gateway Sub-Area or in the area proposed to be added to the <br /> Gateway Sub-Area; and <br /> <br /> <br />
