Such assignment shall not relieve Lessee of its obligations hereunder, and <br />Lessee shall agree in writing to guarantee the full, prompt, and faithful payment, <br />performance and discharge by said assignee of each of the covenants, <br />conditions, and agreements of this Lease Agreement, or any other instrument <br />given or executed in pursuance thereof. <br /> <br /> 28. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. Except as may otherwise be <br />expressly consented and agreed to by resolution of Lessor's Commission, each <br />and every of the provisions, agreements, terms, covenants, and conditions <br />herein contained to be performed, fulfilled, observed, and kept shall be binding <br />upon the successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto, and the rights <br />hereunder, and all rights, privileges, and benefits arising under this Lease and in <br />favor of either party shall be available in favor of the successors and assigns <br />thereof, respectively; provided no assignment, sublease, or other transfer of <br />interest by or through Lessee in violation of the provisions of this Lease shall <br />vest any rights in any such assignee or successor. <br /> <br /> 29, CERTAIN EXPENSES.
