and administrative facilities. The Leased Promises shall not be used for any <br />other purpose without the prior written consent of Lessor evidenced by rosolution <br />cf the Commission of Lessor; provided, however, that such written consent shall <br />not be unroasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed. <br /> <br /> (b) Lessee intends to construct, install and maintain on the Leased <br />Promises certain improvements including but not limited to, a Wash Aroa, <br />Multiple Open Bins and Fuel Station. Lessor is granted the right to use the Wash <br />Aroa, designated Multiple Open Bins, as shown on the plans designated <br />"Maintenance Facility at SBSA Site", and the Fuel Station. Lessor shall pay <br />Lessee, on demand, nut no more frequently than once a month, for the use of <br />such facilities. Fuel used by Lessor shall be charged at cost; usage of the Wash <br />Aroa shall be agroed upon by the parties on a per wash basis, at Lessee's cost; <br />Lessor shall have the right to use the designated Multiple Open Bins at no <br />charge to Lessor. <br /> <br /> 8. DANGEROUS USES. No goods, merchandise or material shall be <br />kept, storod, or sold in or on the Leased Promises which arc in any way <br />explosive, or hazardous, and no offensive or dangerous trade, business, or <br />occupation shall be carried on theroin or theroon, and nothing shall be done on <br />said Leased Promises other than as provided for in paragraph 7 of this Lease <br />which will increase the rate of or suspend the insurance upon adjacent buildings <br />or other structuros of Lessor, and no machinery or apparatus shall be used or <br />operated on said Leased Premises which will in any manner injuro said Leased <br />Premises or adjacent buildings; 3rovided, however, that nothing in this paragraph <br /> <br /> Lease-01 6 <br /> G:Shared/SBSA <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 03/11/97 <br /> o3/14/97 <br /> 04/09/97R <br /> <br /> <br />
