The Secretary of this Commission is herby authorized and directed to transmit a <br />certified copy of this resolution together with duplicate original counterparts of the agreement <br />approved hereby to the City Clerk, City of Redwood City, for presentation to the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City for approval and execution of said agreement. <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Commission of South Bayside System Authority at <br />a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of November, 1997, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br /> <br /> Coralin Feierbach, Belmont; Finn T.
