RESOLUTION NO. SBSA 97 - 55 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br /> (CITY OF REDWOOD CITY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the South Bayside System Authority requires professional landscape <br />maintenance services for its landscaped areas in and around the Authority's sanitary sewerage <br />treatment plant; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City represents that it is qualified to perform such <br />services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this Commission, an agreement <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and this Authority for the provision of said services, <br /> <br />which agreement this Commission desires to approve; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM <br />AUTHORITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Landscape Maintenance Services" (form <br />dated ~.~_/19/97 ) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State <br />of California and the South Bayside System Authority, a public entity, for the performance by said <br />City of landscape maintenance services for this Authority, a copy of which agreement is on file <br />in the office of the Manager, South Bayside System Authority, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars therof, is herhy approved, and the Manager and Secretary are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement substantially <br />in conformance with the agreement on file (as determined by the attorney for the Authority), for <br />and on behalf of this Authority. <br /> <br /> <br />
