Exhibit UA" <br /> <br /> I_dkNDSCdkPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> <br /> The following services are included in landscape maintenance services to be provided <br />by City to Authority. <br /> <br /> 1. Pruning, trimming, shaping, fertilMng, and the performance of other <br /> customary' maintenance techniques and activities for ground cover, <br /> shrubbery, trees, and other decorative vegetation in and around the <br /> landscaped areas located at the "Premises~ hereinafter defined; and <br /> replacement planting of said ground cover, shrubbery, trees and <br /> vegetation. <br /> <br /> 2. Application of fertilizer or similar substances customaaT for the <br /> maintenance and growth of landscape ground cover, shrubbery, trees <br /> and other decorative vegetation. <br /> <br /> 3. Application of insecticides and herbicides for the control of <br /> deleterious insect infestation and plant disease, respectively. <br /> <br /> 4. Replacement and repair of irrigation system parts including heads, <br /> emitters, valves, pipe, wire and valve boxes. Monitoring and <br /> programming of inigarion schedules. <br /> <br /> 5. Clean and maintain the southerly parking lot, front entry way and <br /> stairs. <br /> <br /> 6. Provide level "C' (weed control and trash removal) maintenance <br /> adjacent to newly acquired (2.0 acres +-) land buffer along Ratio <br /> Road. <br /> <br /> 7. Provide hand weeding as required for the future soil bed scrubber. <br /> <br /> The "Premises~ above referenced includes the landscaped grounds surrounding or in the <br /> vicinity of Authority wastewater treatment plant located at 1400 Radio Road, Redwood City, <br /> California and the 4 sewer pump stations serving the Authority, one each located in <br /> Belmont, Sa~ Carlos, Redwood City and Menlo Park. <br /> <br /> Exhibk A <br /> <br /> <br />
