ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> <br /> THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION <br /> OF A GUNFIRE LOCATION SYSTEM <br /> <br /> (TRILON TECHNOLOGY, LLC) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into this ~'~V'~day of <br /> ~(~ ~/ , 1997, by and between the CiTY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of Califomia ("City"), and TRILON <br />TECHNOLOGY, LLC ("Supplier"); <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Redwood City and the <br />Sheriff's Department of the County of San Mateo, as a result of their joint efforts <br />and close cooperation, have determined that it would be in the best interest of <br />said law enforcement departments'and of the citizens of the City of Redwood <br />City and of the County of San Mateo to use and operate a Gunfire Location <br />System; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo have <br />selected Trilon Technology, LLC, as the supplier of the Gunfire Location System; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon approval of this agreement (the "Agreement") by and <br />between City and Supplier, City intends to enter into a reimbursement agreement <br />with the County of San Mateo (the "Reimbursement Agreement") which will <br /> <br /> <br />
