17. Disputes. A party shall submit any dispute with the other party <br />hereto arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (the "Dispute") to <br />arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance <br />with its applicable rules. The prevailing party shall be entitled to have and <br />recover from the non-prevailing party the reasonable expenses incurred as a <br />result of the Dispute, including attorneys' fees, experts and expert witnesses <br />fees, and court costs or other administrative costs. <br /> <br /> 18. Notices.
