$8,600.00 payable within the first ten (10) business days of the <br /> fourth six-month period. <br /> <br /> The cost for the fourth full year of service shall be Eighteen Thousand <br />Nine Hundred Dollars $18,900.00 payable as follows: <br /> <br /> $9,450.00 payable within the first ten (10) business days of the fifth <br /> six-month period; and <br /> <br /> $9,450.00 payable within the first ten (10) business days within the <br /> sixth six-month period. <br /> <br /> 2. Coveraqe. This Service Agreement shall be effective on the date <br />the Agreement becomes effective and shall remain in effect until the Agreement <br />expires by its terms or until City terminates this Service Agreement upon at least <br />thirty (30) days' notice to Supplier. No prepaid funds are to be returned to City <br />should it elect to terminate the Service Agreement. All pricing for any services <br />which are mentioned in the Agreement or this Service Agreement will be subject <br />to renegotiation should the City allow the Service Agreement to lapse. <br /> <br /> 3. Service.
