SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This Service Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which shall <br />apply to the maintenance services to be provided by Supplier to City in relation to <br />the underlying purchase of a Trilon Technology Gunfire Location System as <br />evidenced by the agreement entitled "Agreement for the Purchase and <br />Installation of a Gunfire Location System (the "Agreement"). This Service <br />Agreement is intended to run for six (6) consecutive semiannual periods <br />beginning on the first day of the second year of the Agreement. All parts, <br />materials, technology, and labor are included in the services to be provided <br />pursuant to this Service Agreement in consideration for the amounts paid by City <br />to Supplier pursuant to the terms of this Service Agreement. <br /> <br /> 1. Costs. The cost for the two consecutive six-month periods covered <br />by this Service Agreement for the second full year of service shall be Fifteen <br />Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($15,500.00) payable as follows: <br /> <br /> $7,750.00 payable within the first ten (10) business days of the first <br /> six-month period; <br /> <br /> $7,750.00 payable within the first ten (10) business days of the <br /> second six-month period. <br /> <br /> The cost for the third full year cf service shall be Seventeen Thousand <br /> Two Hundred Dollars $17,200.00 payable as follows: <br /> <br /> $8,600.00 payable within the first ten (10) business days of the <br /> third six-month period; <br /> <br /> D-1 <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "D" <br /> <br /> Agm-O83a <br /> F~hared~shared~Redwood~Councll <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 07/21/97' <br /> <br /> <br />
