ADJOURNMENT— 10:05 P.M. <br />M/S Ira /Howard to adjourn until the next City Council meeting of September 8, 2003 <br />in memory of former Redwood City Police Sergeant Donald E. Wilkes who recently <br />passed away. Sergeant Wilkes retired from Redwood City in 1983 after serving <br />many years in the Police Department.
