'.:.1 <br /> MOTION: Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, to <br /> attach a-19th condition to those recommended by staff and added by <br /> Council action with regard to the application of the San Mateo County <br /> Scavenger Company for a use permit to allow the establishment of a <br /> solid waste transfer station on Redwood Peninsula, the condit,ion:to be: <br /> that weekend use of the solid waste transfer station site be <br /> restricted to residents of the City of Redwood City only. <br /> Mayor Leipzig declared the motion carried by a majority vote of 4 to 3. <br /> (P1INUTE ORDER N0. 76-266) <br /> Mr. Fales and Mr. Schricker su9gested that since some conflict be- <br /> tween the two conditions added by Council action may exist and in <br /> view of probable cross references to the franchise agreement with <br /> the Scavenger Company, that the item might be continued pending <br /> staff study. <br /> MOTION: Councilman tJorris moved, seconded by Councilman Vega, to <br /> continue the consideration of the appeal of the San Mateo County <br /> Scavenger Company for a use permit to allow the establishment of a <br /> solid waste transfer site on Redwood Peninsula for one week. <br /> (November 8, 1976) <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> _ __ (M INU TE ORDER N0. 76-267) <br />
