None of the existing runway pvement will be removed from
full aircraft use in both directions landing or departing.
9.- The existing 1,500 foot by 3,400 foot epproach zones at both
ends of the runway will be totally and permanently eliminated.
(These approach zones, which were recommended by the San Mateo
County Airport Land.Use Committee in their "Interim Airpert
Land Use f'lan," adopted by tlie Regional Pianning Committee
on February 2, 1973, will iiot be required follewing creation
of pernanent and smaller clear zor,es and adoption of the
recommended Apprach Slopes.)
Attachmznt, page 1
