MINUTE ORDER <br />I <br /># 79 -95 <br />OFFICE Or THE CLLRK, REDWOOD CITY, CALIIORNIA <br />DATE May 8, 1979 <br />I <br />Attention City Clerk <br />In the Matter of Governor's "odd- even" gasoline allocation plan <br />At the meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on <br />May 7, 1979 at which were present <br />Councilmen Biagi, Bury, Leipzig., Norris, Rhodes and Mayor Barrett <br />I' <br />on motion of Councilman Bury <br />Councilman Norris <br />, seconded by <br />, duly carried and entered <br />on the minutes, it was ordered to endorse the Governor's "odd- even" gasoline <br />allocation plan and to request the Board of Supervisors to take the <br />necessary action required to implement the plan in San Mateo County " <br />Council further directed that in transmitting their action to the <br />Board that it be noted that Council members have some reservations <br />relating to the enforcement provisions of the plan and about <br />equitable treatment, particularly if service stations are not open <br />on a regular basis and are closed on Sundays <br />CITY CLERK <br />
