Councilman Vega moved, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, to <br /> approve the Minutes of the Group Interview Session and the City <br /> Council Meeting of June 13, 1977 as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote <br /> Appeal of the den�al by the D�rector of Publ�c Works <br /> of application for increased water allocation in <br /> accordance with provisions of ORDINANCE N0. 1704 - <br /> Dan Talt, 365 Lakeview Way, appellant <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of June 17, 1977 regarding <br /> the sub�ect appeal and attaching report of the Director of Publ�c <br /> Works dated June 7 Mr Fales also referred to the letter of the <br /> City Attorney of June 17 concurring in his recommendation that since <br /> considerable new information has been provided by the appellant both <br /> in his Appeal Letter of May 26 and his letter of June 13 in response <br /> to the report of the Director of Pu61ic Works of June 7 that the <br /> matter be referred to staff for re-evaluatton Mr. Fales polnted <br /> out that Mr Talt's original request of May 1 for increased water <br /> allocation merely requested an increase and none of the information <br /> rece�ved by staff subsequently was provided to substantiate the ' <br /> Reg Mtg. <br /> 6/20/77 <br /> � � , <br />
