Mr Fales explained <br /> that his recommendation is that the request for increased alloca- <br /> tion be referred to staff for re-evaluation based on the new infor- <br /> mation provided by Mr. Talt since he made his original request He <br /> po�nted out that it is the desire of Council and staff to be fair <br /> in the new situation involving the water emergency and the alloca- <br /> tion procedure. Mr. Fales explained further that if, following <br /> staff re-evaluatton of the request, Mr Talt �s not satisfied with <br /> the decision of the D�rector of Public Works, he may renew his <br /> appeal.
