BREN COMPANY) <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote <br /> Application for exceptions to Subdivision Ordinance <br /> for Tentative Map for a subdivision of 9 4 acres <br /> into nine lots, Marina Park, Um t No. 2- Mobil Oil Estates , <br /> e woo imite , a �cant � <br /> City Manager Fales called attention to the report and recommenda- <br /> t�ons of the Planning Comnission dated May 16, 1977 regarding the <br /> Interior Waterway System in the Redwood Shores area. He referred <br /> to his report of June 23 sunmiar�z�ng reports of June 3 from the <br /> Director of Parks and Recreation and of June 10 from the Director <br /> � of Public Works. Mr. Fales cortmented on the need for Council to <br /> � address some of the critical and complicated issues involved with <br /> future use of the waterways at Redwood Shores, especially concerning <br /> cortunercial uses as they may relate to the public interest. <br /> Upon learning that the detailed reports from staff which accompanied <br /> his report had not been distributed with the report, Mr. Fales recom- � <br /> mended that the matter be continued in order that Council members , <br /> m�ght have complete information for consideration , <br /> MOTION Councilman Rhodes moved, seconded by Councilman Barrett, to � <br /> continue the item relating to the application of Mobil Oil Estates <br /> (Redwood) Limited for exceptions to Subdivision Ordinance for Tenta- <br /> tive Map for a subdivision of 9 4 acres into nine lots, Marina Park, <br /> Um t No. 2 until July 11, 1977 pend�ng receipt of the full report of <br /> the City Manager on the Interior Waterways System at Redwood Shores, <br /> and further, that a study session be held on the sub�ect commencing <br /> at 4;OQ p.m., Monday, July 11, 1977 with the location tentatively <br /> set for the Municipal Service Center (NOTE• The location of the ' <br /> study session will be the County Government Center Annex, 603 <br /> Hamilton Avenue ) <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote �MINUTE ORDER NO 77-129) <br /> Reg.Mtg. -3 ' <br /> 6/27/77 <br /> ; <br /> , <br /> , � ,�� ._ ,.�, � . .�.�.,, .. .� ., , �,�,.. .� , _ �.,d - �� -� <br />
