Mr Fales pointed out that the reason for the study session did not necessarily pertain to the subdivision exception matter before Council tonight, but to consider possihle future Qolicy in the matter of in- terior waterways concerns Discussion followed regarding the extent of dedication which for the most part in the developed areas extended into the center of the lagoon In the cortmercial areas, although dedicated to the City, the owners and future owners have non-exclusive right to use of the waterways. Mr Pusich sketched a diagram of the area to illustrate ' the extent of the dedication and of the zoning Mr Fales commented that staff does not believe the waterways should be used commercially and that because of the sensitivity of water Ad,7 .
