Councilman Rhodes moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, to <br /> approve the Minutes of the City Council Meeting of August 22 and the <br /> Joint Meeting of the City Council and the Port Commission of August 25, <br /> 1977 as subm�tted. <br /> The motion carried una m mously by voice vote, Councilman Vega ab- ' <br /> staining from the vote of the August 22 meeting and Councilman Biagi <br /> � abstaining from the vote on both dates. <br /> �� <br /> ;3 <br /> �� Presentation of Plaque for Distinquished Service �� <br /> p to Anthony Quintero <br /> ' Mayor Leipzig presented to Anthony Quintero a Plaque for Distinguished <br /> Service for his contributions as a member of the Housing Concerns <br /> Conmittee.
