Additional discussion related to the fact that the City does have the right to prezone property in the publ�c interest, whether approval in this instance would set a precedent, that it was esti- mated that the proposed pro,7ect would use 2% of the uncommitted sewage treatment capacity Mayor Leipzig �nvited anyone else present who wished to speak to do so No one wished to speak ' MOTION Councilman Barrett moved, seconded by Councilman Bury, to close the public hearing.
