The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Norris. The Invocation was led by Art Cochran of the Calvary Baptist Church. Roll Call Councilmen present: Barrett, Biagi, Bury, Norris, Vega and Mayor Leipzig Councilmen absent: Rhodes � Officiats and staff present: City Manager Fales, City Attorney Schrlcker, Assistant City Manager Smith, City Clerk Hildebrand and � Planning Dtrector Schroeter. Parks and Recreation Director Weeks, Buildings and Transportation Director Balsamo. Approval of Minutes - October 17, 1977 MOTION: Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman Biagi, to approve the City Council Minutes of October 17, 1977 as submitted. Appeal of the denial by the Ptanning Comnission of appllca- tion to amend the Zoning Map to rezone a portion of property ad�acent to Farm Hill Boulevard in the vicinity of Farm Hill Estates No. 1 and Farm Hill Estates No. 2, from "RH-20" (Residential Hillside--20,000 square foot minimum lot size) , District, to "R-1-8" (Residential--Single Family�- 8,000 square foot minimum lot size), "CA" (Central A�ninistrative), and "PO-T" (Professional Office--Transient Residential Units Combinidg) District, and limit the height of structures for property to be rezoned to "CA" District to 35 feet. , Reg.Mtg. 10/24/77 ��
