Re ort re Task Order IV-11 GID 1-6'4 Williams-Kuebelbeck�and Associates City Manager Fales referred�to his repo`rt of October-21,-1977�trans- mitting the report prepared by Williams-Kuebelbeck and Associates, Inc pursuant to Task Order IV-11. Mr. Fales reco�nended that the City Council schedule an all-day study session in'order`to consider the contents of the report and related matters. Discussion followed concerning'the need for a�full review the�"re- �port so that Council members w�ll be"fully informed on its contents; � the fact that any study session 'is open to'the'Public; that�the`pur- pose of such a session is to provide inforniation to Council members and anyone else who"may wish to attend rather than for the purpose 'of taking testimony, that to "conduct several sess�ons on=the `report at several evening meetings involves loss of continuity "in presenting the report; and the fact that most Council members plan schedules so that extra meetings may`be°held�on Mondays.
