Roll Call Councilmen present Barrett, Biagt, Bury, Norris, Rhodes, Vega and Mayor Leipzig Councilmen absent None Officials and staff present City Manager Fales, Assistant City Manager Smith, City Attorney Schricker, City Clerk Hildebrand and Planning Dtrector Schroeter, Parks and Recreation Director Weeks, City Librarian Vollmayer, Building and Transportation Director Balsamo, Police Chief Bold ' Study Session - Capital Butldinq and Facility Priorities and Funding GENERAL Mayor Leipzig stated that the study session has been placed on the Agenda in order that Council might consider �nformally the most urgent capital building and facility needs of the City and establ�sh priorities and determine sources of funding to meet those needs. City Manager Fales referred to his report of January 28, 1977 trans- mitting the following 1 A summary report regarding the proposed new Main Library, prepared by the City Librarian and dated January 26 2 A swranary report regarding the proposed Senior Center facility, prepared by the Director of Parks and Recrea- tion and dated January 17. 3 A report from the Director of Parks and Recreation, dated January 24, relative to the communtcation from Mr Elden Tank regarding the proposed Senior Center, dated December 23, ' 1976, copies of which were previously forwarded to the Ctty Council 4 A summary report from the Assistant City Manager, dated January 20, regarding the proposed new City Hall facility, Ad,7.Mtg. 1/31/77
