Councilman Vega moved, seconded by Councilman Bury, to approve <br /> as submitted the Minutes of the City Council Meeting of October 24, <br /> 1977 and of the Ad�ourned Meeting of October 31, 1977. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilman Rhodes ab- <br /> staining from the vote on the Minutes of October 24 and Councilman <br /> Biagi and Mayor Leipzig abstaining from the vote on the M�nutes of <br /> October 31, 1977. <br /> Presentation of resolution <br /> cortenending Vince Buckhout <br /> Mayor Leipz�g observed that it is very unusual for Council to adopt <br /> a resolution commending a citizen who is not being recognized for <br /> service on a particular City board or commission, but that the con- <br /> , tributions of Vince Buckhout to the entire community over many years <br /> have been so outstanding, Council members wished to honor Mim in a <br /> special way. <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 11/7/77 <br /> , �i <br />
