Kinq, owners - <br /> Mayor Leipzig declared open at 9 12 the sub�ect public hearing <br /> City Clerk Hildebrand reported the Affidavit of Publication of Notice <br /> of Hearing and the Affidavit of Mailing are on file in her office. <br /> Mayor Leipzig invited anyone present who wished to speak to do so <br /> No one wished'to speak <br /> MOTION: Councilman Barrett moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, to <br /> close the public hearing <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> The public hearing closed at 9 15 p.m ' <br /> MOTION.
