Plans, s ecifications, call for bids - air Oaks ommunity Center , C�ty Manager Fa7es referred to his report of November 18, 1977 on the sub�ect project and attaching report from the Director of Public Works dated November 17. Mr. Fales recommended that the plans and specificat�ons be approved and authorization be granted to ca11 for blds regarding the pro�ect. At such time aS the bids are opened and the exact amount of project coSt is known, then prec�se arrange- ments may be made for supplemental funding, Mr. fales commented , on the extst�ng provisions for funding of the pro�ect.
